Required Agricultural land About 60 cents to 5 Acres For Lease in Reasonable Rate.
1.It is for poultry farm Running.(ccontract basis)(no meat processing)
2.Agriculture (Organic cultivation)
3.Road access, water source, electricity required.
4.Less populated area required.
5. The location shall be preffered from trvpm , qln...to all over kerala. Nearest should give more preference.
6.Minimum Lease Agrement period 5 years
The rate will be negotiable.
The agriculture should be based on organic and maintain the poultry sheds in tidy, clean and with out smell with the help of modern technologies.
NB. NRI' S PROPERTY SHOULD BE TAKE CARE AND MAINTAIN, DEVELOP , SAME TIME RUNS THE FARM ALSO.

Need agricultural land for lease anywhere in andhra pradesh. If it is there reply me with annual rental and let me know agriculture depends only on bores or any canals or any other alternate water facility available. what type of soil they consists and currently what crops are planted? If I accept the deal of lease when can I get them into my hands?
