My name is Sundar, working in software company and planning to start a dairy farm on my own. I am looking for agri land (Min 2 acres) for lease or rent near Hosur/denkanikottai area(Any location in tamilnadu is ok if the land has 365 days water availability). Lease or rent tenure should be 5 years or more. If you have any land to lease or you know anyone planning to lease land, kindly let me know.

I have about 5 acres of Agricultural land near cheyyar to kalavai main road. I am looking for lease it for min 2 years to 5 years. Own Land with clear title and patta. Immediate Requirement.
Features of my land:
• In Main road, Slit (Vandal) soil
• Suitable for agriculture (rice & vegetables), dairy farms, poultry
• Well irrigation, 2 pumpsets with free EB connection
• Frequent bus facility to Chennai
• Approx 90 km from Chennai, 35 km from kanchipuram, 15 km from cheyyar
My asking price is Rs. 10 lakhs (will be refunded on closure of lease agreement). Not Negotiable.
