Wanted a consultant for Beer Factory-Project

Me and some friends, were thinking of setting up small brewery/distillery and would like some consultancy from ABCD to Z. The idea would be set up a small unit to gets hands on experience (semi automatic plant) and then work up from there. If somebody has experience in North East then it would be even better as I think that there is favorable industrial policy and incentives there. We don't have any specific site in mind except perhaps to get cheap land and even places like MP, Jharkahand, Chattisgarh & Orissa will do. Or perhaps we can buy a small distillery or brewery facing financial problems and then upgrade????
