Few things:
1. You need to apply for elecriticity service to run 10-20 hP motor in 3 phase current required to run a oil extracting machine
2. If you get EB service. Then you will go further to buy machineries. Even you can find used machineries in market.
3. Some states in India the power supply is big issue. If your place have unlimited power supply or more than 12h power supply, then it is viable.
