We already have a small cow farm , poultry etc here in 5 acres in our property here near Trivandrum, Kerala.
We lack funds for expansion - so we need a good partner ro expand to 30 cows etc.
We can give the place on joint venture basis and profit sharing.
We have enough water, electricity, accomodation etc. Also this
is a tourist backwater area with greenery, good organic, unpolluted atmosphere etc.
with ready market closeby.
Kerala is home of ayurveda and You can even have an excellent ayurveda centre
& tourism centre here in backwaters with clients from all over India.

1) You should have land with ample water and shed. There should be No liability on land.
2) Govt schemes are there but it is time consuming and many expanses and delays.
3) We can arrange funds on security of land at reasonable rates , if there is no other liability on land.
4) Complete turnkey project is implemented.
5) Profit starts from first year.
6) Repayment from profit and after full repayment you can take over and carry on. During this process you will get full training.
7) At this stage once the unit is running in profit NABARD LOAN and Govt subsidy is easy to get.
8) Normal fifty percent profit on investment of current assets. That is if you exclude the cost of land and fixtures and what ever is spent on buying the livestock and its rearing cost the benefit will be around fifty percent OR MORE per year.
9) This scheme is not for conventional dairy for sale of milk but breading of cows and buffellow .Milk will be additional profit during this process. It will also improve the quality of land.
10) There will be add on project for mfg of milk drink instead of selling milk at later stage WHEN scale is bigger.
11) The scheme is practical only in vicinity of big cities.
