Want to setup Cold Storage in India

Hi,
I am based in UK and now UK Citizen but still strong links in India. I want to setup a cold storage in India. I am from Kanpur,UP and also one home in Bangalore and Gwalior (MP). I can invest upto 50L from my side. I want to know -
1. How much loan and how much subsidy I can get based on my investment (UK Citizen).
2. What type/kind of Cold storage I should go for in that money. I am not sure if I should go for Vegetable/fruit or potato.
3. I am open for any location in UP, MP or any other north Indian city OR Bangalore. Or what would be other good locations in India based on agriculture production and power situation.
3. How much return I can expect per year based on my investment, this is most important question.
4. Are there any other similar business giving good returns.
This is my first posting in this forum and I just want to know answers to my queries. I am decide future things based on your replies.

dear sir u r not in position to come to india ,u should do such an investment so that u can take care once in a year or so and that investment should give u at least 20% p a if u r interested then v can advise u free of cost.I m giving u my wish u all the v best
