Want to make good use of land rather than doing traditional Farming

I am Ritesh Sharma working in a Real estate company of Delhi. I have 5 acre Land in Himachal Pradesh , Distt.- Bilaspur.
Currently we are doing their traditional Step farming of Wheat , Maize etc.
There is full fleasure water supply from govt.
Thus I Want to start some kind of innovative Farming rather than traditional Farming. So that i can earn maximum profit from that.
I heard about Medical/Organic/Herbal Plants Farming, But couldn't take any decision. please help me in this matter.................
