F fishfarm New Member Jun 6, 2013 #2 Prawn eggs are too small. You can buy small prawns called PLs 2 months after monsoon sets in. Buy the PLs from a hatchery & stock them in ponds. They will be ready for harvesting after 5 months. Sushil
