In sugarcane 100 MT per acre can be obtained without difficulties ..ways to get big yield is
1. Using seed cane of right age ,,6-7 months old
2.Apply 10 MT of Farm yard manure per acre
3.Apply entire recommended dose of phosphorus as basal application before planting
4.use drip irrigation if possible
5.use water soluble fertlizers until 10 months time
6._Avoid planting in summer
,7.prevent early shoot borer insect pest attack
8._Do gap filling to maintain population density
9.Keep the field weed free
10.Earthing up and detrashing to be one
11. Foliar spray of micro nutrient and water soluble fertilizers 19:19:19 NPK

30,000 double budded seeds give 60,000 buds
70% germination gives 43,000 viable buds that germinate
43,000 buds each produce 3 shoots on an average per clump
Total cane per acre is 43,000 *3=129000 canes
Out of this 25% mother cane with individual cane weight of ,average 1.0 KG produce around 32 MT
40% secondary shoots with individual cane with of average 0.8 KG produce 42 MT and remaining 35 % of cane with average individual cane weight of 0.6 kg will produce 27 MT .
So primary cane , secondary cane and tertiary cane all put together produce 32MT+42 MT +27 MT=101 MT

Shall it is possible to plant sugar cane up to first week of march?[/QUOTE
Sugar cane can be grown through out the year provided weather and climate is favorable .If you plant sugar cane setts in march when temperature is too high , 1.Germination percentage will be less and rate of growth will be slow . 2. Early shoot borer insect pest will eat the central growing shoot .so mortality rate will be more

Upto March means you can continue planting sugarcane if prevailing weather in your location is nice for germination and establishment . If too hot , restrict planting time with February itself
