Hi? Owning land and wife are once in life time and it should be carefully select. Chief land far away from your residence may invite problems for you as you may not be able to be in the land to do the necessary activities.
Land should be selected based on its fertility and its advantages of distance to markets etc.

There is mo way you can acquire these land at this cost.
50 kms from Mysore it cost 2 L / acre
so it is better to buy in T N belt bordering Bangalore
