I am interested in buying cheap agricultural lands in TN( 1 ACRE <= 50,000 RS).Kindly do let me know the details if any!

may not get in TN

you may not get in TN below 3lac per acere. ... else such land would be very useless. a good fertilie land would cost anywhere 3-5 lacs min per acere in TN.

It is real words from Mr.mathew, as fertile land costs even more than five lac per acre. Good things not happening in bad hands. 50% of the disease cures if you are in a good doctor's hand. Getting a reasonable priced land without any litigation is in the hand's of a correct realtor (mediator).

Even after several hours talk Mr.mathews had with me he closed his land deal with some bad hands.

Try the following areas for the price of around 50-75K per acre.

- Virudhnagar
- Theni
- Sivagangai
- Tenkasi
