I am looking for agricultural land in Thane district or in Kokan region for innovative agricultural project. My preference is for table land.
But if you have land which is on the mountain or on in the hilly region with clear approach road or own private road for car / jeep is preferred. I would like to buy 1 to 5 acres of land at the 1st phase of my project and then explore buying of more land.
I can consider land which is under agricultural status but which is barren for many years for my project.
