I am interested in purchasing about 3 to 5 acres of farm land or agri land within a 2 to 3 hours driving distance of Chennai. Potential sellers please respond with rate and areas.

Hi

We have farmland (basically paddy field) of 15 acres. It's 2 kms inside the ECR road at gengadevan kuppam (kadapakkam). The place is exactly 45 kms away from pondicherry towards chennai. Just 2 hrs drive from chennai. The land is 10 kms away from cheyyur power plant.

20lks 90 cents on road
5.40 acres 20,000 per cent 540 acres without road approach but near to main area
