want agri land in siruvani or mettupalayam

I am seriously looking out for agri land for immediate purchase. I prefer areas close to coimbatore esp siruvani, mettupalayam but with good water resourse. no problem if it is interior. Expecting land around 2 lakhs per acre. Can anyone help me go buy one?

Please be serious while looking for land purchase. You are expecting lands near coimbatore that too near siruvani at rs.2 lakhs per acre???. Is it not a serious typographical error ??

You cannot buy clean patta land with good water/road/electricity facilities even if it is interior not less yhan 15-25 lakhs per acre.many agri lands near siruvani are fast catching up with commercial activities and price will further shoot up once real estate comes out of dark.

Near mettupalayam also, land price are higher close to rs7-15 lakhs per acre.
