Want 3-5 acre land on lease around Hyderabad

Hi,

I am looking to lease 3-5 Acres of land around Hyderabad.

Following are the specifications
1) Should have clear deed.
2) Should have fertile red loamy soil.
3) Should have good water and electricity facility.
4) Should be maximum around 100 KM from Hyderabad and with good road connectivity.
