hi everyone,

I'm looking for any type of agricultural land ( without cultivation) in Coimbatore, pollachi, Udumalaipettai,and land should be sorrounding to dam ( like aliyar ,siruvani..) the price per acre should be 1 to 2 lakhs..............i need 10 to 25 acres .................I know it's tough, but still I'm looking for it............

the land should have clear title deed, no legal issues, one plot , max 17.5 ac

preferably nearer to Pollachi. price max Rs1,50,000/- per ac.

should have soil depth of 2mts (no lime and rock)

road axis a must, but should have well/ bore well
