Hi,
We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for the following states:
- Maharashtra
- Gujarat
- NCR
- Rajasthan
- MP
He shall be responsible for developing the business for the following products in his respective state:
- PORTABLE RIPENING CHAMBER
As the government is clamping very stringent regulations to completely ban the use of carbide for ripening of fruits, more and more fruit traders are looking at the option of setting up RIPENING CHAMBERS. But the conventional ripening chambers are very high cost. Our FRESHCA PORTABLE RIPENING CHAMBERS are available at just 10-20% of the cost of the conventional ripening chambers.
- ORGANIC INPUTS
We would like to convince the farmers to subsitute a part of their chemical inputs with organic inputs. Use of biopesticides will reduce the onset of pests.This in turn will reduce the usage of lethal pesticides.
- MODIFIED ATMOSPHERE STORAGES
The government is working over-time to set up infrastructure for reducing the losses in the fresh produce supply chain. Currently, the assumption is that this can be done by setting up a farm-to-fork supply chain. But setting up a cold chain is highly capital intensive investment. We bring a much cheaper solution in the form of MA STORAGE.
- ROOFTOP FARMING KIT
A low-cost, soli-less plug-and-play portable kit which allows a house to have its own rooftop farm.
- MODIFIED ATMOSPHERE CRATE COVERS
For extending the shelf life of produce at retail outlets and mandi shops.
Over and above selling these products, he shall be responsible for exploring opportunities for the following:
- Farmgate procurement of fresh produce for exports from ORGANIC or GAP-certified farmers.
- providing hi-tech agri equipments on rent to farmers.
- Setting up Modified atmosphere storages in mandi.
- Visiting those agri colleges and agri institues which provide the AGRI BUSINESS CLINIC course.
- Develop stockists/distributors of the above-mentioned products.
The indicative CTC shall be Rs. 25,000 per month.This includes the following:
- Mobile bills upto Rs. 1500
- Conveyance upto Rs. 3500 per month.
Over and above the salary, he shall receive a part of the sales as a SALES INCENTIVE.
We are looking for candidates with following experience set:
- Mandi Operations
- Customer-facing jobs in Modern Retail
- Good knowledge of horti clusters in their respective states.
- Good knowledge of the schemes of NHM.
