use of GA in vegetable nursery

I have sown CH-1 chilli in poly house in punjab .The plants are nearly 45 days and there growth is very slow .I want to know whether i can use GA for inchancing for the growth of the plants..

Foliar sprays of GA at 50 mg/l at fruit setting or planofix (NAA 10 mg/l) double sprays (at flowering and 5 week later) decreased flower shedding and gave better fruit yield in chillies
