FACTS
* The product is Humic Acid the source is from Mining activities.
* The product is OMRI Listed
* We intend to import the product from Abroad for usage as Organic Input in the Organic Cultivation of crops
* However, the Original packing will be retained and we intend to market the product in India without REPACKING.
* The intended usage of the product is in the Agricultural Input in the Organic Cultivation System in India as recommended by USDA (NOP) / EU (EC) No 834/2007)/JAS
QUERY : Please let me know the following:
1. If the OMRI Listed product can be used as Input in the Organic Cultivation System in India?
2. Does the Manufacturer need to take any further Certificates to achieve the objective as describe above
3. What are various steps to be followed so that we can market the product in India where the Organic Cultivation system is followed using NOP(USDA)/EU/JAS Recommendation?
