I am looking for Land near Chilamathur / Bagapalli near NH7. 2-3kms inside also no problem. Tar road avilable too good. looking for 100 acres with the price of 40000-70000/ acre. If less price or good deal than i can purchage more acres also.
Water & clear documents should be needed.
