What is the proximitry to the water body ( River)

Our interests lies in setting up of an aqua farm. We are looking at a piece of land that is close to a water source. currently we are looking at 20 acres however on a long lease period of 5-11 years as we intend to make further investments on the land itself.
However we also would like to know the details including how can water be sourced to the land as we would require a lot of water to fill our needs to run teh aqua farm on a 20 acre land.
