Ultra modern Goat farm

I have started an ultra modern Goat farm spread over 80 Acres of land in Karwar, Karnataka. I plan an output of 250 Goats weekly & also start a country chicken farm (500 weekly), Pig farm(100 monthly), Duck farm(200 quarterly) & finally a Diary(50 cows). I have already Invested Rs. 14 lakhs in the project & am expecting funding around 50 Lakhs @ 24% per annum for the expansion project. Since the margin is around 40% in this venture I'll be able to afford to give only 24% yearly. I do not mind giving stakes in this project also for venture capitalists.
