Typical tree prices in Punjab

Does anybody know typical range of prices that can be expected for
Poplar trees and Euclaptus trees in Punjab

( say 6 year old Poplar trees, and 10 year old Eucalyptus trees, of average girth and height, grown with care and occasional watering)

I am living in UK and wanted to move back to Punjab, as I am happier there; I am told growing trees can produce enough income to keep me going, even from just 3 acres, which I have luckily inherited following parents death, to share with 4 brothers. They don't care about the land and are happy to collect a next to nothing rent, which I will also pay them.

I will try to get info from Forestry dept, but will need to search for their contact details, if they happen to be on the internet. If somebody knows contact details for Forestry Dept in Punjab, it will be much appreciated if they can post them.
