My late father has some land near Kamrej in Gujarat. I would like to know :
1) What is the process to transfer the name from my father to mine and my mother's name.
2) How long does the process take and what type of paperwork is required?
3) Can some other family member transfer it into their name without my consent?
Any advice you can provide will be really appreciated. I do not live in India so I do not know the process and family members keep telling me different things.
