training on mushroom cultivaion

Greetings to you all,
we have 4 hectares of land in Mandya District , wanted to be trained in mushroom cultivation and any other short term crops which are in more demand and also some medicinal crops in banglore or mysore.hence could you please advice me where training is obtained or and how is the marketing and seedlings wher can i get?
