Tomato not good for making sauce

Hello,
We have a lot of tomato plantation in nearby villages but the variety they grow is not good for making sauce due to high water content.
Can anyone suggest what else can be done using those tomatoes.

U can also make jam, chutneys from tomato.

Thanks for your response....They grow laxmi variety.... Tomato jam or chutneys are not very popular in the market....Can you suggest some more options.

U can also make POWDER from tomato,WHICH IS VERY DEMAND IN MORE COUNTRIES.

Hello Sir,

YOu can also sundry the tomatoes, lot of demand these days and also can export them.
Because of high water content they can be used in juice making.
