i am planning to start a dairy farm in dindigul,tamilnadu .i am plannig to start with around 25 cows.so i kindly request the agri members to answer me the following informations.
1.land reqirement for 25 cows.
2.high breed cows with high yield.
3.cost of the cattles.
4.where to buy cattles in tamilnadu.

HF cross yeild avg 3600-4000 lit/ 305 days of lactation if they are maintained at the best.

2.high breed cows with high yield.initially go for medium breed as it is easy to mantain . slowly you can increase the purity
