You can one of the remunerative business lot of coir is available in arsikere, tipatur are just collect and you have to get mushroom spawn (Plerotous sps) which degrades coir with in one month then you can sell as coco peat and you can also do value addition like adding neem or any other materials.
procedure 2 to 3 kg spawn is required to degrade 1 ton of coir spread in layers under shade then spred the spawn in each layer keep on sprinkling the water every day and also you can add litter urea which enhances the degradation after one month it will become powder farm.
