Termite Attack on Groundnut Plantation

Dear Sir,

I have cultivated groundnut in my farm - i have recently put farm yard manure.Now the plant is about 15 days old , the plants are attacked by TERMITE . kINDLY ADVISE ME ON THE TREATMENT OF THESE PLANTS.

U have put farmyardmanure that was wet or a bit dry.Termites love cowdung so must have attached the farm.u may put Castor press cake into the soil in order to control the termite infestation. It is suggested to add it into the opened furrow before sowing the crop.
Where possible, green manure crops can be ploughed into the soil. Moisture plus organic matter attract the termites and prevent them from attacking the target crop.

Boron dusts, Wood ash, Cow dung spray can be applied

Hi!

If your soil pH is higher than 7.5. it will give provide required environment to termite growth. You must apply some natural / organic acids to bring down the soil pH.

You may use some amino acid products or Organic Sulphur supplements to thwart termites.

You may contact for organic water soluble sulphur, which can be absorbs by plant leaves, bark, roots etc in few hours. It also helps to improve mineralization of nutrients & remove any deficiencies.
