Hi Monu,
Under the Indian wildlife act, you cannot even catch Teetar & keep in your house. Please check otherwise you may land in serious trouble under the wildlife act.

May be you are confusing Teetar and Bater…. In india Teetar is a protected species and cannot be farm bred, but Bater or Quail can be...
