15- 18 years is too young for teak if you want to realise full potential of the wood.

Teak & Siveroak trees

The teak tree wil gives good timber on completion of minimum 25 to 30 years.

As per silveroak concern it will gives good timber on completion of 20 to 25 years.Otherwise buyer and seller will not get much profit.
