2) Any approval to take from forest department before selling (Locality - near Hyderabad, AP)
3) Whom to sell the once the trees are grown after 10 to 15 yrs - Legally
4) What to expect in returns / plant/

Hello Sir

No u need no legal permission to sell the teak trees if u have all ur land records in hand upto date and if the land is all urs along with the teak trees planted without any external interferance.
U can get lot of buyers once u have the product. u tell ur location to us we will guide u.
The yield time is maximum 5 years
After five years the cost of the tree is :Rs 2500/-per tree.
