Teak plant farm land purchase method

Dear All,

We are purchasing agriculture land with 1000 teak plants of age 8 years
Does any extra documents are required to purchase this land? OR any other
formalities that we have to fulfill with Village talathi OR land record OR
FOREST DEPT?

On RTC (7/12) the plantation record is not there.

Please give your valuable advices with expert comment.

The Land is in karnataka state.
