Taking care of agriculture land

Hi,

Recently I have purchased agri land (around 3 acres). Currently I am not planning to be there and have availed of services of my relative to help maintain the land.

But I will like to compensate him and ensure that he takes care of land.

Please let me know if anyone can tell me what is good arrangement for this. Also if there are anything that I need to do have like legal setup so that in future there should not be any issues or conflicts.

Hi,
For God sake don't entertain your relatives/Community, they may suck your blood.Over a period of time they will dominate you.Findout some out sider, who will not only take care of your land also they are more reliable.
This is my own experience,hope I have not hurt any one's sentiments.We do with good intention to improve our relative/community, practically they become a dictator one day.Localites will support the villager,they won't support for us.If we provide monetary benefits they pretent as though they are truthful to you but it not so.
The above said is my own experience if anybody is against my statement,you are welcome.
