One of our customer requires Dried -Bitter Gourd( Hindi: करेला • Tamil: பாகற்காய் pagakkai )throughout the year at the fix price.

we are vegetable farmer and bitter guard is our main crop. we r intrested in supplying u bitter guard in its natural(fresh) form. we dont know about drying it , if u can inform about methods & machienes for drying it than we can supply as per your need. also inform us about posibble price per kg .

Dried Bitter gourd

Dear Sir

We are procesors of Dried fruits and vegetables.

We are based in Sri Lanka, and a reasonable quantity of Bitter goud crop can be collected, almost all of them are grown without chemical fertilizer (organically)

If you are interested in our offrer , we can process by sun drying/oven drying
or use solar driers to reduce the moisture to below 16%, and pack in 5 Kg Poly Bags for shipment. Normally it is dried in sliced form, without the seeds.
