Suitable weatehr for button mushroom

I am planning to start button mushroom unit near courtallum falls in South Tamil Nadu.
If anybody belongs to the area pls advise the suitability of the climate in that region.
I have 20 cents for long term lease. I don't have the idea to build villas for rent to tourists.

Viable alternate plans are welcome.
