I have seen some small land parcels of 2-3 acres with low cost. They don't have bore well water . The average rainfall in this region is 600- 800 mm . I want to buy the land and plant some crops which require zero maintenance and I can cut the crops after 5-6 years. I was thinking of malbar neem but through some sources came to know that it needs water at the initial 2-3 years . I am looking for some suggestions / advice as to how to proceed further.
