Subsidy offered for Cultivation of Stevia rebaudiana

Dear Moderators/Friends;
I have a specific Question with regards to Subsidy offered by Govt. of India to the farmers for cultivation of Medicinal plants:
1] We want to undertake large scale cultivation of Stevia rebaudiana which is categorized under medicinal plant
2] We would like to know exactly what is the amount of Subsidy given by Govt of India under various schemes through National Medicinal Plants Board( Ayush,NMPB ) and National Horticultural Board (NHB).
3] Where can we get the detail of Norms/Regulations etc. Please suggest Web link.
4] How the Subsidy is disbursed to the Cultivators
5] Is the subsidy is in the form of loan to be refunded or it is in terms of Financial Assistance to the Farmers on Non-Refundable Basis.

1] Stevia rebaudiana is a medicinal plant-CIMAP,Lucknow has developed a variety named CIM Mithi which has high steviosides content
2] Amount of Subsidy given by National Medicinal Plants Board( Ayush,NMPB )-20%. Cost of cultivation for Stevia Rebaudiana per acre Rs1,25,000 and per hectare Rs 3,12,500 without cost of land & labour.
3] Where can we get the detail of Norms/Regulations etc. :See website of NMPB.
4] How the Subsidy is disbursed :First find a buyer & have a buyback arrangement.Prepare project report and find a bank for financing the project.NMPB provides the subsidy to the bank as repayment of loan.
5] Is the subsidy is in the form of loan to be refunded or it is in terms of Financial Assistance to the Farmers on Non-Refundable Basis:Amount of subsidy is nonrefundable.
