Spiral feed unit is driven by electromagnetic speed regulating motor, through the pulley, worm reducer, pressed material will be forced into the feeding port. Due to electromagnetic speed regulating motor constant torque characteristic, when the pressed amount of spiral feeder is equal to the host feeding materials, can maintain a constant feed pressure to make stable pellet quality.
3. molding part, mainly refers to the host, the core part is the roll.

1. during installation, should calibration, cushion flat clearance, matched with conveyor and conveyor height, level corresponding;
2. whether reducer and gear box of two lubricating oil is enough, determining components and correct before commissioning.
