Starting oyster mushroom

Hi

I had thought of starting oyster mushroom farming in Tamilnadu. Initially it will be small scale unit producing 20-30kg/day. Please advise me where can I market oyster initially, ex. retail stores, depart stores, hotel, restaurant.

You can market them as mentioned by u to the retailers, hotels, some households who regualrly use mushrooms. You can also bottle them and sell.
