Starting a dairy unit

Hello,
I am planning to start a dairy unit in Varanasi district of Uttar Pradesh. Can someone suggest what breed of cows will be best suited for the environment of this region?

Sahiwal, Haryiana, Kenkatha, Kherigarh are some breeds suitable for Varanasi
before starting pls make a visit to some of the dairy farms nearby

Thanks for the reply. I did visit few dairy farms near my area. In fact there is Rameshwar Goshala right in my village. Some other dairy units in the locality have cross bred HF and Jersey cows. I have also visited the Bhajanlal Dairy farm in Vasai near Mumbai and few more in Aarey coloney Mumbai.
I have already started the shed construction work in Rameshwar and I plan to start the farm with 10 HF cows in the beginning. I will visit the Martand Dairy Farm next time I am in Varanasi and seek few tips and help from you to incorporate in my plan.
