Am planning to start a dairy farm in district THANE OR AHAMDNAGER .
i want know all details for how to start dairy farm. I want to know from where I can buy good quality cows and Machinery’s.

Subsidy and other financial support from government side .

What are the procedures to get a loan for this project?

TO get a loan, please prepare a project report and submit it to the nearest Nationalised bank or NABArd

1. conceptualize and freeze the dairy farm
2. identify the land
3. prepare the project report
4. submit the report to bank (NABARD will give the subsidy)
5. arrange the margin money and initiate the infrastructure development
6. start growing the fodder
7. purchase the cows
8. establish standard guidelines for dairy farm operation

Good quality cows are available near Bengaluru. Machinery are available anywhere in India depending on the type of machines.

Is their any limits or uniformly subsidy will be provided to dairy farm. How much on which are all amount they can give. Either , bank manager will put up or dairy owner to putup the same.
