Spirulina farming Training

Hi i am looking for someone who can provide training on spirulina cultivation free of cost as i am planning to start a farm with low budget at the moment, there are a lot of clarifications that i need so if someone can spare some time would be great. Post well versed with the production would start up on a larger scale.
 

Appreciate your response however the leads in the link are charging good amount of money, i can get the same at madurai spending some 15k which will be a 8 day training programme with a project plan prepared and mother culture, however i am not looking at spending money at the moment as this is not going to be on a commercial basis and this is to help a cause and support a system
