Spirulina Cultivation project cost details required

Sir,
I am from Sivagangai District of Tamilnadu (near by Madurai City). I need to set few tanks in my agricultural land for produce an hundred kgs/month of spirulina. Hence please help me to suggest the project cost in this regard. In addition to that I have taken a heavy metal test of my well water, it is very less than the maximum acceptance limit level of IS:10s00:2012.
