I wanted to start a Spice Grinding Plant to grind Turmeric & Chilli Powders. Pls suggest Pulverizers that can be used to grind, such that the colour or volatie compounds aren't lost much.
Not looking for Cryogenic Grinding . My capacity is 500 kg/day of both Turmeric & Chilli powders . Purpose is both domestic & export.
Something similar to Air classifier mill (with coolants or dry ice) to bring down the temperature during grinding.
Please suggest suitable mill as well as reliable suppliers .
