Hello,
Greetings..
we would like to know, now a days many sugarcane growers talking about SSI methods by using single chip methods, i heard that many farmers don't have access to sugarcane nurseries in nearby locality, so what my question is instead of rising seedlings in nursery & planting them to fields at spacing of row to row 5 ft & plant to plant 2 feet with some inter crops, can't farmers directly plant the 2 bud sugarcane in the field & expect the results of the same SSI methods..??
Did anyone have any experience or experiment, R& D on this type of direct planting methods..? request to share your views so that would help the community..
Warm regards,
Thyloor
