Soybean Oil Extraction Machine is the most modern way of recovery of soybean oil from oil bearing materials at very low temperature under vacuum to produce excellent quality of oil, compared to mechanical pressing which works under high temperatures and high pressure and causes oxidation of oil.
How does the soybean oil extraction machine work?
First the soybeans are cut in flakes which are put in a percolation extractors and immerged with a solvent, normally hexane. Counter flow is used as extraction system because it gives the highest yield. After removing the hexane, the extracted flakes only contain about 1% of soybean oil and is used as livestock meal or to produce food products such as soy protein. The hexane is separated from the soybean oil in evaporators. The evaporated hexane is recovered and returned to the extraction process. The hexane free crude soybean oil is then further purified.

Electric Motor : Expeller drive with Slip Ring Electric Motor with special - slow start up with reversible switch panel board, restart easy due to power failure.
Cooker : Steam Jacketed horizontal cooker mounted on the Main Expeller Body.
Gear Box : Heavy duty Double Reduction Gear Box assembly precision work-manship and fitted with heavy duty taper roller bearing to with stand radial axial loads for crushing.
Main Shaft : A unique hollow drive sleeve arrangement to allow the main worm shaft to remove at ease without affecting the gear box assembly. Also provision for water cooling arrangement for better quality oil and cake. Alloy steel main shaft, worms, and cage bars are made from special steel material with proper hardening to withstand operating pressure and long life.
