solar pump & panel for agriculture land

I have 1500 bigha agriculture Land (15 nos of 100 bigha). I require solar water pump and panel for agriculture.
. Total depth of borewell is nearby 400 feet.water level is 250 to 380 feet.no existing electric water pump is there in the borewell. please guide me about cost & other info.
