Small Investment with low risk and decent income proposal

Hello,

I am looking for a small investment with low risk and decent returns. I am from Hyderabad . I do not own a land . I am looking for safe and secure investment and having low risk.

In which sector of agriculture are u interested to invest but without ur own land it will be a bit difficult.
u can invest in florists shops or spirulina cultivation or any post harvest activities.
or u can think of utilising banana waste stems for paper making etc.
 

i am not sure but i have heard of mushroom cultivation. I request some experienced member to put some light on demand and supply scenario of mushroom in india
