Skimmed Milk

I am a small dairy farm owner producing 500 lits of Bufalloe milk per day.
Is it feasible to produce skimmed milk like "good life Slim milk" of Nandini dairy.

That would be diffiicult if you do it alone, you can tie up with mother dairy and sell them the milk.
